The Association of Professional Interior Designers (APID) is the only professional membership organisation representing the interior design industry across the Gulf. As a member of the International Federation of Interior Designers/Architects (IFI), APID is committed to advocate for the global advancement, best practices and the highest standards of the interior design community. Through its online platform and professional and educational events, APID aims to provide a networking platform between practitioners, industry, academia, government bodies and the media.

BICSI is a professional association supporting the advancement of the information and communications technology (ICT) community. ICT covers the spectrum of voice, data, electronic safety & security, project management and audio & video technologies. It encompasses the design, integration and installation of pathways, spaces, optical fiber- and copper-based distribution systems, wireless-based systems and infrastructure that supports the transportation of information and associated signaling between and among communications and information gathering devices.

BICSI provides information, education and knowledge assessment for individuals and companies in the ICT industry. BICSI serves nearly 23,000 ICT professionals, including designers, installers and technicians. Through courses, conferences, publications and professional registration programs, BICSI staff and volunteers assist ICT professionals in delivering critical products and services, and offer opportunities for continual improvement and enhanced professional stature.

Headquartered in Tampa, Florida, USA, BICSI membership spans nearly 100 countries. In Middle-East Africa, BICSI MEA, formed under The Dubai Association Centre (DAC), operates from their office in Sheikh Rashid Tower, Dubai World Trade Center.

The International Live Events Association (ILEA), is the association for event industry professionals who are passionate about knowledge, networking and event creativity. ILEA provide a platform for the best practitioners in the creative event industry to connect and share ideas.
